If you have an A4 or pre-A4 device which includes the iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G and more then you can jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 using Sn0wbreeze 2.9.14 and this tutorial will tell you exactly how to do it.
When iOS 6.1.3 was released the Evasi0n iOS 6.1.x untethered jailbreak was patched by Apple but it is still possible for those on A4 devices to jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 using Sn0wbreeze. This is a tethered jailbreak and in order to us it you need an pre-A4 iOS device running iOS 6.1.3 and the latest version of Sn0wbreeze.
The first thing you need to do is download the latest version of Sn0wbreeze which is v2.9.14 and download the 6.1.3 firmware file for your device. Launch Sn0wbreeze and click on the blue arrow on the bottom right hand side of the display. Click on Browser for an IPSW and select the firmware file that you downloaded. Once the firmware has been verified, click on the next arroow and from the next screen select Simple Mode. Sn0wbreeze will then ask you if you want to activate your iPhone. Select Yes if you plan to unlock your phone using tools such as Ultrasn0w or No if you are on an official supported carrier or if you have a factory unlocked iPhone.
Sn0wbreeze will then start baking the custom iOS firmware file, this may take a while. Once done, the new firmware will be placed on your desktop. Sn0wbreeze will then ask you to enter Pwned DFU mode. You can follow the on-screen instructions on how to do this. Once in Pwned DFU mode, launch iTunes. Itunes will detect your device in recovery mode. On your keyboard hold down the left SHIFT key and click on Restore. Select the custom firmware file from your desktop. Let your device restore, this make take a little while. Once complete, your device will boot with Cydia installed.
As mentioned, this is a tethered jailbreak and as part of the process, Sn0wbreeze will create a new folder for a utility called iBooty on your desktop. To boot your device into the jailbroken state with working Cydia you have to launch iBooty from your desktop. Select your device from the drop-down menu and click on the start button from within the iBooty interface and follow the instruction on how to put your device into DFU mode. Once done, your device will boot up and you are all set to install tweaks and apps from Cydia.
